Return policy

Due to items touching the skin no returns are provided. However a full refund may be provided if customer did not receive their order or item arrived damaged.

Fraudulent orders 

Any orders that are fraudulent or appears to be fraudulent will be canceled.


Processing 

All orders will take 1-3 business days to process before the order is shipped out in the mail.


Jewelry Care & Cleaning

We recommend to not get jewelry wet, if the action is made constantly the item will fade in color.

Avoid direct and prolonged contact with any liquid. Perfume, water, lotions should not be used constantly around jewelry.

Items can tangle or scratch when combined with other accessories. 

Baby wipes are safe for cleaning of accessories instead of jewelry cleaners and tarnish removers.

A label or tracking number will be provided within 1-3 business days. Each order comes with a tracking number that is sent through the email address provided with your purchase. Once the order is finished processing a confirmation and tracking number will be sent.
